INVESTMENT

All wedding packages include everything you need for your perfect day, all while offering you the flexibility of locating your own vendors with exception for Alcohol or the option to have Venue  provided vendors.

All packages include:            

​

  • Exclusive use of venue grounds and facilities for up to 2 hours the day before for rehearsal practice, drop-off and deliveries. Access to available venue areas from 9:30am – 10:30pm on the day of your event. Scheduled pickups on Monday following your event to collect any personal items left behind can be arranged. Reception is limited to 4 hours. Music must cease at 10:00pm. Bar service is limited to maximum 4 hours for reception.

  • Multiple options for outdoor ceremony and reception sites. 

  • Climate controlled, handicap accessible, 3400 square foot indoor Carriage House. Additional seating available on the covered out-door patio. Venue capacity is 300. Average guest count  for events is 150 - 200

  • Bridal Dressing Suite including Beauty Bar in the Main House 9:30am until ceremony start on the day of event. Includes private restroom for bridal party. Accessible only to Ladies in Bridal Party. Guests and family are not allowed in the Main House.

  • Grooms Lounge in the Carriage House

  • Staging area (warming kitchen) for caterer use in Carriage House.

  • Handicap accessible restroom facilities inside the Carriage House

  • Complete event set-up, break-down, and clean-up is provided by Venue de LaChute staff.

  • Private Parking with attendants and handicap accessible parking available

  • Access to LaChute’s inventory of event tables in multiple sizes and styles

  • Choice of Table Linens from LaChute’s generous inventory

  • 300 – Event chairs, Bar and Accent Tables. Additional chairs available for rental.

  • Choice from Venue de LaChute’s collection of decorations, props, accent pieces, and linens. (Floral not included) Other Specialty items can be incorporated into design plan upon request. (rental charges may apply)

 

PLANNING AND DESIGN is also included in All Wedding packages. The services of our wedding designer will assure your special day is just what you imagined. Working with you and your selected wedding vendors she will create a unique design just for your event.

  • Services include coordinating with floral designers to create the perfect vision of your wedding day.

  • Incorporating your personal style into the event design.

  • Creating the ideal layout for your event based upon your specific guest plan and flow.

  • Scheduled planning sessions with Designer and Venue Coordinator.

  • “Day of” Coordination for Rehearsal, Ceremony and Reception.

Premier Package $7000

Includes all of the above and the flexibility to select all of your own compliant vendors (Exception for Venue provided Alcohol)

Ultimate Package $15,900

Includes all of the above PLUS Photography, DJ and Cakery, AND we secure your Florist, Caterer and Beverage Services. (Price does not include the cost of florals, catering and beverage selections. These additional costs are based on your personal selections for florals, food and beverage.)
